Introducing Cultures of Knowledge
Established in 2009, Cultures of Knowledge is an interdisciplinary collaboration between the Humanities Division and the Bodleian Library of the University of Oxford with generous funding from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. We are using a variety of methods to reconstruct the correspondence networks central to the revolutionary intellectual developments of the early modern period.
This section of the site contains an overview of the Project, and features information about our Rationale, our international Participants, our Sponsors and Partner Institutions, some important Credits, and how to Contact Us. In other sections you can find out more about our seven constituent Research Projects, our digital Infrastructure, and our international Events programme.
